The hotel staff was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is slightly dated, but very clean and comfortable. My daughter and I felt very safe and had a great night's sleep!
We booked this hotel for a few days and enjoyed our stay, I would say the only downside is I do not believe paying for parking is necessary. Parking is $12 per night in a big enough lot. This hotel is not located anywhere near downtown and this hotel also does not have a parking garage where a parking fee would be reasonable. We didn’t get a chance to try out the bar, breakfast or restaurant but we enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious rooms, cleanliness, hot tub and pool open until 11pm each night and the overall modern aesthetic of this place. Our rooms had great AC and no issues with hot water. Make sure you ask for housekeeping if needed as staff is great and very accommodating. Front desk was fantastic. Hotel is right off the highway.
Reservation was confirmed upon arrival, room ready & clean. Daily breakfast buffet for $14.99 was good. Be aware even though you are a guest you will be asked to pay for parking.
I stayed here recently with a veterans organization. The rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The meeting space was large and well lit and the breakfast on all three days was great. The entire staff was very accommodating throughout our stay and happy to help with anything we needed. Great job to all!
Everyone is so nice!!! The service is fantastic and the hotel is clean. Excellent GM who was very accommodating. He and his team go above above and beyond for the guest. The food was so good as well. I had the breakfast buffet and a few things on their dinner menu. Honestly, this hotel really is top notch. 5-star treatment. Thank you for making my stay so nice!!
Just left a 18 year old bday party that was here the lobby n party room it is being held in was nice and spacious staff seemed friendly available parking and in a remote location alot of things are near here if u need to stop at a store or to grab a bite!
I had a room here for 2 nights, my room was cleaned well, and the bed was comfortable. Had some hot water issues that didn't totally get fixed during my stay. However, management comped me with points on my Hilton Honors account and formally apologized, which awesome on their part! I did eat in their bar. I had the Cajun pasta and cheese curds, which was amazing.
My husband and I have stayed here two years in a row for an anniversary trip to the Twin Cities. The staff here are extremely friendly. Growing up in the Twin Cities, I’m very familiar with “Minnesota Nice”—but these employees are legit so kind. We took advantage of the complementary shuttle to downtown for a concert at the Grand Casino Arena (old Xcel Energy Center—great feature!). Our rooms have always been clean and ready for us when we arrive. Check in & out is always easy! We will always stay here when we visit the TC!
